Emily Anne Designs – Refund Policy

Because floral arrangements are custom-made and perishable, all sales are final.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. After that time, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds.

Quality Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and resolve the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Personal preference (color, flower type, or style variations)

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability

  • Weather-related delays

  • Orders canceled after the 48-hour cutoff
